The business problem
Continuing-airworthiness planning means knowing what falls due, by hours, cycles or calendar, whichever limit comes first, and grouping that work into sensible maintenance visits. Planning from separate records makes it easy to miss an overdue item or a record that does not add up.
The solution delivered
A working planning tool built on a fictional five-aircraft fleet. Utilisation is projected into due dates for every maintenance item, and the limit that runs out first governs. Directives and bulletins are tracked per aircraft, work packages group items due in a downtime window with optional pull-forward, and twelve rule-based audits check the technical records and report findings by severity without editing anything.

Forecast
What falls due in 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, shown on a status-coloured timeline.
Governing limit
Hours, cycles and calendar limits are all projected. The first to run out governs.
Directive register
Compliance status and deadlines per aircraft, including hour thresholds.
Work packages
Group items due in a window, optionally pulling nearby items forward, then save and export.
Record audit
Twelve rules with severity levels and drill-down to the raw record.
Utilisation entry
Validated entry in the style of a tech log. The forecast updates immediately.
Excel reports
Forecast, work packages and audit findings export to Excel.

This is an internal Classink demonstration, not a paying client engagement. It runs on fictional, synthetic data, which the application states on every screen. Aircraft registrations, intervals and directive numbers are fictional and not from any approved maintenance programme.
