How we work

A structured path from first conversation to live system.

Every engagement follows five stages. Each stage ends with a defined output that you review before work proceeds.

    Output

    Requirements document

    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Review of current processes and systems
    • Requirements written down
  2. 02

    Define

Agree scope, requirements, priorities, milestones and success measures.

    Output

    Project plan and scope

    • Scope and milestones
    • Architecture and technology plan
    • Risk and resource plan
  3. 03

    Design

Plan the user experience and technical structure before development begins.

    Output

    Approved designs

    • Workflows and wireframes
    • Interface and data design
    • Client review and sign-off
  4. 04

    Build & Test

Develop in stages, test key workflows and fix issues before release.

    Output

    Tested release

    • Iterative build
    • Functional and security testing
    • Client acceptance testing
  5. 05

Deploy, hand over, and agree maintenance or improvement support.

    • Staff training and handover
    • Ongoing support and maintenance

Governance

How we keep projects under control.

Documented scope

Scope, assumptions and deliverables are written down and agreed before build begins.

Change control

Changes to scope are assessed for time and cost impact, then approved in writing.

Regular review

Progress is shown to the client at agreed intervals, not only at the end.

Formal handover

Source documentation, access and training are transferred at completion.

Working together

What we need from you.

A good result depends on both sides. These four things keep a project moving.

01

A named project lead

One decision-maker who can clarify requirements and approve each stage.

02

Access to people and data

Availability of staff and the records needed to specify and test the system.

03

Timely feedback

Review of designs and releases within the agreed timeframes.

04

Acceptance criteria

Agreement on what a successful delivery looks like before development starts.
